Strawberry Cream Cheese Cobbler


1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1 cup milk

½ cup butter, melted

2 cups strawberries, chopped

4 oz cream cheese, cubed


  1. To large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Then pour in the milk and mix until well combined. Batter will be on the runny side

  2. Pour the melted butter into an 8x8 pan. Then pour in your batter. Do not mix

  3. Spread your chopped strawberries and cream cheese over the top of the mixture, again do not stir

  4. Bake at 400 F for 30-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through. Enjoy warm! This also pairs perfectly with vanilla ice cream
