Roasted Pumpkin Seeds


Ingredients

2 cups pumpkin seeds

3 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp salt, or to taste

1 tsp pepper, or to taste

Directions

  1. If using seeds from a freshly carved pumpkin, be sure to rinse them thoroughly

  2. Place seeds on foil lined baking sheet, top with melted butter, salt, and pepper

  3. Give everything a good mix

  4. Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes, making sure to toss at least once halfway through

  5. Store in an airtight container up to two weeks
