Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
1 can (15oz) pumpkin puree
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks + 1 full egg
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp Chinese 5-Spice
1 unbaked pie crust
Directions
To large bowl, add pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and spices
Mix until everything is well incorporated
Pour batter into pie crust
Bake in preheated 450 F oven for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 350 and continue baking 30-40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean.
Cool completely before serving
