Pumpkin Pie


1 can (15oz) pumpkin puree

1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk

3 egg yolks + 1 full egg

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp ground ginger

½ tsp salt

1/8 tsp Chinese 5-Spice

1 unbaked pie crust


  1. To large bowl, add pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and spices

  2. Mix until everything is well incorporated

  3. Pour batter into pie crust

  4. Bake in preheated 450 F oven for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 350 and continue baking 30-40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean.

  5. Cool completely before serving
