Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Copycat Recipe
Ingredients
½ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tsp pumpkin spice
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
Ice
1 cup cold brew coffee
1-2 tsp vanilla or pumpkin spice syrup
Directions
Add heavy cream, powdered sugar, pumpkin spice, and pumpkin puree to bowl. Whisk by hand or with a hand mixer until just thick. You don’t want it runny, but you also don’t want to end up with thick whipping cream
Add ice to glass, pour in desired amount of syrup and coffee. Carefully scoop desired amount of cold cream over coffee and enjoy!
