Papdi Chaat


10 papdi, or as desired

1/3 cup boiled potato, cubed

1/3 cup boiled chickpeas

¼ cup onion, finely chopped

¼ cup plain yogurt, whipped

2 tbsp mint chutney

2 tbsp tamarind chutney

2 tbsp aloo bhujia


  1. In large bowl, break papdi to desired size

  2. Sprinkle on toppings. Ingredient list is only a guide. Add as much, or little of any of these you like!

  3. All items easily found in Indian/International grocery stores
