Oreo Truffles
Ingredients
20 Oreos
6 oz. cream cheese
1 bar chocolate of choice
Optional; pecans, walnuts
Directions
Roughly break 20 Oreo's into blender. Blend until smooth and crumbly
Pour crumbs into a large bowl
Add the cream cheese. Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature or else it will be very difficult to mix
Using the back of a wooden spoon, or hand mixer, work on mixing everything together until well incorporated
Roll mixture into golf sized balls. Place balls in the freezer for 1-2 hours or until firm
Melt chocolate. This recipe is great for milk, dark, or white chocolate
Use a toothpick to help you dip Oreo balls into the chocolate. Use a spoon to pour chocolate to completely coat each ball
Set balls aside on parchment paper until firm. Oreo balls can also be rolled into nuts of choice; pecans, walnuts, etc.
Store in an airtight container if not eating right away. Enjoy!
