No Bake Oreo Cheesecake


1 package Oreos, divided

¼ cup butter, melted

16 oz. cream cheese

1/3 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

12 oz whipped cream


  1. Remove 15 Oreo's from package and set aside. Place remaining Oreo's in a food processor and pulse until fine. Oreo's can also be placed in a bag and crushed with rolling pin

  2. Transfer crushed Oreos to bowl and pour in melted butter, mix well

  3. Place Oreo mixture into a 9x9 pan and press onto the bottom

  4. In separate bowl, add cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well until ingredients are well incorporated

  5. Take the 15 Oreos and break into large chunks. Fold whipped cream and Oreo chunks into the mixture.

  6. Spoon mixture over crust and carefully spread out evenly over pan

  7. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving
