Nimbu Pani


½ cup fresh lemon juice

¼ cup sugar

1 tsp black salt

1 tsp salt

¼ cup fresh mint leaves, torn

2 cups water

Ice cubes


  1. To bowl or pitcher, add lemon juice, sugar, black salt, salt, and mint leaves. Still well until sugar is dissolved

  2. Pour in water and add ice cubes, stir again

  3. Taste and adjust salt and/or sugar as desired

  4. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves
