Mixed Berry Pie


4 cups frozen mixed berries

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/3 cup cornstarch

1 cup sugar

2 – 9’ pie crusts


  1. To large bowl combine the berries, lemon juice, cornstarch, and sugar. Toss. It’s not going to combine, but you can toss to coat the berries

  2. Line a 9’ pie dish with your crust. You can use homemade or store bought. Pour in your pie fillings and try to evenly spread remaining sugar mixture around the top

  3. Add top crust. You can make a design, such as a lattice, or add whole. Just be sure to cut air vents if adding a solid piece on top

  4. Bake pie at 350 F for 65-75 minutes or until nice and bubbly
