Mint Chutney
Ingredients
2.5 cups mint leaves, washed
1 cup cilantro, washed
1 green chili
1” piece ginger
1 garlic glove
1 tsp salt, or to taste
Juice of half a lemon
Little water, if needed
*Optional: 2 tsp sugar
Directions
To a blender, add all the ingredients
Blend until smooth. A little water may be added, if required
Goes great with pakoras, samosas, chicken dishes, and much more!
