Jalapeno Popper Cheeseball Bites

Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese, room temp

1/3 cup green onions, chopped

2 jalapenos, deseeded and chopped

½ lb bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

Pretzel rods

Directions

  1. Simply add all ingredients except pretzels rods to a large bowl. Mix using a hand mixer or spatula until everything is well incorporated

  2. Roll out into desired bite size. Two tsp amounts make a nice little bite! (This can also be rolled out into one large bowl is desired!)

  3. Place a pretzel rod into each ball. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving
