Honey Beer Bread


3 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp baking powder

¼ cup honey

1 (12 oz) bottle beer

½ stick butter, melted


  1. To bowl, add flour, salt, and baking powder. Whisk until everything is well combined

  2. Pour honey and beer over flour mixture

  3. Mix just until everything is well combined. Loose, sticky dough will form

  4. Grease a bread load pan, and pour half the butter on bottom of pan

  5. Add dough and smooth out. Pour remaining butter over the top
