Healthy Banana Pancakes


Ingredients

2 bananas

2 eggs

½ tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Break bananas up into a bowl. Mash with a fork until like a paste. Add eggs and cinnamon and mix everything together until well combined

  2. Heat a griddle or skillet and grease with cooking spray, oil, or butter

  3. Drop ¼ cup amounts into hot pan. Cook until the one side is golden, then flip and do the same to the other side
