Fried Pickles Recipe


1 egg

¼ cup milk

½ cup flour

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

2 cups sliced pickles



  1. Beat egg and milk together until smooth

  2. In separate bowl, mix flour, pepper, salt, paprika, and garlic powder

  3. Coat each pickle slice in the egg and then flour mixture. Again, place slice in egg and again flour for crispy coating

  4. Fill pan with ½ inch oil

  5. Once oil is hot, carefully add pickles. Fry each pickle 2-3 minutes each side, or until golden and crispy

  6. Transfer pickles to paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve while hot!
