Eggnog


Ingredients

1 pint heavy cream

6 egg yolks

1 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 pint whole milk

Directions

  1. Pour heavy cream into large bowl. Mix with a stand or hand mixer until it has the texture of whipped cream. Set aside

  2. To a different large bowl, add egg yolks and sugar. Beat until mixture because light and creamy; about 1-2 minutes

  3. Pour in vanilla and whole milk. Continue mixing until everything is well incorporated

  4. Add in the whipped cream and mix until just combined.

  5. Chill before serving. Top with nutmeg if desired
