Crockpot Meatball Subs


6 large meatballs

24 oz pasta sauce

2 hoagie buns

5 slices provolone cheese


  1. To crockpot, add meatballs and sauce. Cover and cook on HIGH 3-4 hours

  2. Once meatballs are cooked, assemble sandwiches. Remove some of the bread if really thick, this helps to hold the meatballs in place while eating. Cover with extra sauce and top with 1.5 slices of provolone

  3. Place (open-faced) under broiler until cheese is melted

  4. Recipe makes 2 sandwiches
