Crockpot Fried Apples



Ingredients

2 lbs. apples, peeled

2 tbsp cornstarch

¼ cup brown sugar

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 tsp lime or lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla

2 tsp cinnamon

¼ cup butter, melted


Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a crock pot. I personally prefer using gala apples, but you can use apple of choice. Give everything a good mix, and let cook on HIGH for 2 hours

  2. Do not overcook, otherwise apples will become too tender and not all too appetizing

  3. Enjoy on its own, on top of cake, or topped with vanilla ice cream!
