Crockpot Creamed Corn
Ingredients
20oz of fresh or frozen corn
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
8oz cream cheese, cubed
½ c. butter, cubed
Directions
To crockpot add corn, pepper, salt, and milk. Give a quick stir
Place the cream cheese and butter around the top, do not mix in
Cover, and cook on HIGH for 2.5 hours
When finished, give everything a good mix. Best enjoyed hot!
