Crockpot Chicken and Noodles
Ingredients
3 boneless chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp salt, or to taste
1 tsp black pepper, or to taste
22 oz cream of chicken
4 cups chicken broth
24 oz Reamer’s frozen noodles
Directions
To crockpot add chicken, onion, salt, pepper, cream of chicken and 2 cups of the broth. Give a quick stir. Cover and cook on LOW 6 hours, or until chicken is cooked through
Shred or dice chicken. Add in Reamer’s noodles (these are my favorite, but other noodles work well also)
Stir and cover. Continue cooking another 1 ½ hours on LOW
Best served over buttery mashed potatoes
