Crockpot Chicken and Noodles


3 boneless chicken breasts

1 onion, chopped

2 tsp salt, or to taste

1 tsp black pepper, or to taste

22 oz cream of chicken

4 cups chicken broth

24 oz Reamer’s frozen noodles


  1. To crockpot add chicken, onion, salt, pepper, cream of chicken and 2 cups of the broth. Give a quick stir. Cover and cook on LOW 6 hours, or until chicken is cooked through

  2. Shred or dice chicken. Add in Reamer’s noodles (these are my favorite, but other noodles work well also)

  3. Stir and cover. Continue cooking another 1 ½ hours on LOW

  4. Best served over buttery mashed potatoes
