Boondi Raita
Ingredients
2 cups plain yogurt, whisked
½ cup boondi
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp black salt
½ tsp cumin powder
Salt, to taste
2 tsp cilantro, chopped
Directions:
Soak boondi in water for five minutes, drain
Make sure yogurt is whisked well
Add all spices and boondi, stir until well combined
Best served as a side
