Boondi Raita


Ingredients

2 cups plain yogurt, whisked

½ cup boondi

½ tsp red chili powder

½ tsp black salt

½ tsp cumin powder

Salt, to taste

2 tsp cilantro, chopped


Directions:

  1. Soak boondi in water for five minutes, drain

  2. Make sure yogurt is whisked well

  3. Add all spices and boondi, stir until well combined

  4. Best served as a side
