Bombay Potatoes
Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp dry mango powder
½ tsp garam masala
2 boiled potatoes, cut in chunks
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp cilantro
Directions
Heat oil over medium
Once hot, add cumin seeds, red chili powder, coriander, turmeric, dry mango powder, and garam masala. Stir
If masalas are too dry, add a little more oil. Allow spices to cook for 1 minute
Add potatoes to pan and mix well with the masalas
Drizzle water over potatoes, and cover. Cook 3-4 minutes
Garnish with cilantro
