Bombay Potatoes


1 tbsp oil

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tbsp coriander powder

½ tsp turmeric

1 tsp dry mango powder

½ tsp garam masala

2 boiled potatoes, cut in chunks

2 tbsp water

2 tbsp cilantro


  1. Heat oil over medium

  2. Once hot, add cumin seeds, red chili powder, coriander, turmeric, dry mango powder, and garam masala. Stir

  3. If masalas are too dry, add a little more oil. Allow spices to cook for 1 minute

  4. Add potatoes to pan and mix well with the masalas

  5. Drizzle water over potatoes, and cover. Cook 3-4 minutes

  6. Garnish with cilantro
