Banana Nut Bread


Ingredients

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 egg

1 ¼ cup sugar

½ cup vegetable or canola oil

2 tablespoons milk

½ teaspoon vanilla

3 bananas, mashed very well

½ cup chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. To bowl add flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk and set aside

  2. In separate bowl mix together egg, sugar, and oil

  3. Add dry ingredients to the wet. Mixture will seem a bit dry. Now add in the milk, vanilla, and mashed bananas. Mix only until just combined. Stir in walnuts

  4. Place in greased loaf pan and bake at 350 F for 60-75 minutes, or until toothpick placed in center comes out clean
