Alfredo Sauce


½ cup butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

4 tbsp cream cheese

1 pint heavy cream

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1.5 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese

1 tbsp parsley, chopped


  1. Melt butter over medium heat

  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant

  3. Once garlic is fragrant, add cream cheese and heavy cream

  4. Allow mixture to cook until cream cheese and butter are completely melted

  5. Whisk until everything is well combined

  6. When cream cheese and butter have melted, add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, salt, and parmesan cheese

  7. Mix everything together and simmer until cheese is fully melted

  8. Garnish with parsley and continue to simmer until thickened

  9. Use to coat your favorite pasta noodles!
